Welcome to SMARTS Gently Used Curriculum Exchange! This Exchange is being hosted by SMARTS as a courtesy service to our customers. We ask that you read the TERMS OF USE Agreement before browsing the Buy & Sell Departments.

1. All items submitted for sale shall be intact and in excellent repair (ie books shall have their covers, no torn pages, manipulatives with no broken parts, etc). We ask that you use your integrity & honesty when describing your item(s) so as not to misrepresent the condition of your item(s) to prospective Buyers;
    

2. Minimum selling price for an item is $1. We will not list any item for sale without your contact information so that prospective Buyers can contact you directly. Description of your item will not exceed thirty (30) words;
    

3. Items listed for sale will remain in place for a period of four (4) weeks from the first date your listing appears on The Exchange;

4. If your item is sold through The Exchange, payment for the item(s) will occur directly between you and the Buyer. If SMARTS does not receive notification from you that the item has been sold, it will automatically drop off The Exchange in four (4) weeks from the date of listing;

5. Delivery of your item to the Buyer, whether it be by pick-up, delivery or shipping, will be arranged directly between yourself and the Buyer;

6. SMARTS will not take any enquiries regarding your item(s) for sale, nor will we store any used curriculum on site. The Exchange has been created as a courtesy to our customers to have the opportunity to buy and sell gently used curriculum. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

7. Submitting an item for listing in the Exchange must be done using the Form provided on this site. The fee for listing each individual item is $2. Payment by credit card only, together with the completed form, must be received by SMARTS before your item(s) will be listed.

1. We have asked all Sellers to only submit items for sale that are intact and in excellent repair (ie books shall have their covers, no torn pages, manipulatives with no broken parts, etc). We have asked all Sellers to use their integrity & honesty when describing their item(s) so as not to misrepresent the condition of their item(s) to prospective Buyers. As SMARTS does not see any of the items bought and sold on The Exchange, we will not guarantee the condition of any of the items listed thereon. Buyers purchase items off of The Exchange at their own risk;

2. All items listed for sale will remain in place for a period of four (4) weeks from the first date the listing appears on The Exchange;

3. If you choose to buy an item through The Exchange, payment for the item(s) will occur directly between you and the Seller. SMARTS will not, under any circumstances, enter into any buying or selling negotiations for items listed in The Exchange – nor will we take any enquiries regarding an item listed on The Exchange;

4. Delivery and receipt of your purchased item(s), whether it be by pick-up, delivery or shipping, will be arranged directly between yourself and the Seller;

5. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase transaction, it will be up to you as the Buyer to deal with the matter directly with the Seller. SMARTS will not, under any circumstances, enter into any discussions regarding items on The Exchange;

6. SMARTS will not take any enquiries regarding items on The Exchange nor will we store any used curriculum on site. The Exchange has been created as a courtesy to our customers to have the opportunity to buy and sell gently used curriculum. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
